At Fakhar, every piece is crafted with precision and care.
To maintain our quality standards, we currently offer exchanges only.


 

Exchange Eligibility

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • Must include original tags and invoice

 

What Can Be Exchanged

  • Size issues
  • Damaged or defective products (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery)

 

Availability Clause (Important)

All exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested size or item is unavailable:

  • You may choose an alternative product of equal value, or
  • Receive a store credit for future purchases

 

No Returns Policy

We do not offer returns or refunds at this time.

 

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Customized or altered products
  • Items purchased during clearance or sale

 

Exchange Process

  2. Share your order ID + issue + photos (if applicable)
  3. Our team will guide you through the exchange process

 

Processing Time

  • Exchanges are processed within 5–7 working days after approval

 

Important Notes

  • Reverse pickup may be available depending on location
  • In some cases, customers may need to ship the product back
