At Fakhar, every piece is crafted with precision and care.
To maintain our quality standards, we currently offer exchanges only.
Exchange Eligibility
- Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Must include original tags and invoice
What Can Be Exchanged
- Size issues
- Damaged or defective products (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery)
Availability Clause (Important)
All exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested size or item is unavailable:
- You may choose an alternative product of equal value, or
- Receive a store credit for future purchases
No Returns Policy
We do not offer returns or refunds at this time.
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Customized or altered products
- Items purchased during clearance or sale

- Share your order ID + issue + photos (if applicable)
- Our team will guide you through the exchange process
Processing Time
- Exchanges are processed within 5–7 working days after approval
Important Notes
- Reverse pickup may be available depending on location
- In some cases, customers may need to ship the product back
