The Pathani suit

A Pathani has a longer kurta with a shirt-style collar and a straight cut, worn with a loose shalwar. It looks structured and composed, which makes it a strong pick for Eid, nikah ceremonies, family functions and evening dinners.

The kurta set

A kurta set is lighter and simpler, usually with a band or round collar and straight pants. It is easy to wear for daytime gatherings, pujas, festive days at the office and travel.

How to style either one

Layer a waistcoat over a Pathani for weddings and evening events. Keep a kurta set minimal with peshawari chappals or loafers. Stay with one strong colour and let the fabric and fit do the work.
